Complaints
NHS National Services Scotland (NSS), a special health board of which Health Protection Scotland is a division, has produced a complaints policy.
For the purpose of this policy, NSS has defined a complaint as:
"An expression of dissatisfaction relating to the activities and services of NSS".
To that end, anyone who is a user, or who contributes to NSS' services or activities, or is affected by the content of NSS' services may register a complaint using this procedure.
For more details of the complaints procedure, please visit the NSS Complaints Website.
