Scotland's Sexual Health Information 2011

This year Scotland's Sexual Health Information report produced by the Sexual Health Epidemiology Group (SHEG) for Scotland will not be available in a report format as in previous years.

Instead, the data for 2010 are provided via signposting to existing reports and data sources on the websites of Information Services Division (ISD) and Health Protection Scotland (HPS).

Sexually transmitted infection, including HIV, 2010 (published 2011): Health Protection Scotland Slide Set

This slide set provides a summary of 2010 data on genital chlamydia, genital herpes, gonorrhoea, infectious syphilis and HIV. These data are extracted from the the HIV quarterly reports, the Key Clinical Indicator reports, and other STI annual reports published in the HPS Weekly Report.

UK Collaborative Group Publications

The UK Collaborative reports produced by the Health Protection Agency, in collaboration with Health Protection Scotland and Information Services Division of NHS National Services Scotland, the National Public Health Service for Wales, the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, Northern Ireland, and the Institute of Child Health (London). This series of reports presents detailed information from HIV and STI surveillance and prevention monitoring systems to give a synthesis of the current state of these infections in the UK. Each report presents the key findings and recommendations and links readers to other useful resources.

The HPS website provides access to information on a wide range of subjects contained within our extensive knowledge base.
