Order Certificates

Yellow Fever Vaccination Centers (YFVCs) who order Stamaril® vaccine directly from Sanofi Pasteur MSD will receive the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis packaged along with the vaccine. Should extra copies be required, they can be obtained from HPS.

HPS will continue to supply certificates to Scottish YFVCs that do not obtain vaccine from Sanofi Pasteur MSD.

If required, clinics can purchase travel health advice booklets which include space for recording general travel vaccines from HPS. For further details on cost or to place an order, e-mail Healthy Travel Booklets or phone 0141 300 1137.
