Re-training for Registered Centres
Introduction
Provision of the online yellow fever training package is free of charge and can be accessed and worked through when convenient; it should take no more than 3 hours and need not be completed in one session.
The doctor who is registered as responsible for the YFVC must fill in and return a Confirmation of Completion form, stating the name of the person who has undertaken the training and confirming that training has been completed by the due date.

Online Training
The online training is produced by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Atlanta, USA. Health Protection Scotland (HPS) has reviewed this resource and find it appropriate for use by Scottish YFVC’s. HPS has compiled accompanying documentation highlighting any minor differences between US recommendations and UK recommendations, although there are very few.
